Catering to Terrorists...Again

This decision by the Biden-Harris Department of Justice to cut a deal with Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, the so-called "principal architect" of the al Qaeda attacks of 9/11, along with his two co-conspirators, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin Attash and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi is, in my opinion, the most horrific decision ever made by this or any administration...in fact iit makes Obama's "5 for 1 Taliban Trade" pale in comparison! 

 

These murdering________(fill in the word of your own choosing) get to live out their miserable lives in the 'GITMO Country Club' courtesy of our TAXPAYER dollars while the victims families see NO justice for their loved ones lost, while at the same time there is NO 'Resting in Peace' for the victims themselves for justice has NOT been served. 

 

And to those saying the Biden administration had no hand in this I say 'no way' for decisions of this magnitude do run through the White House. Also in my opinion,, this deal reeks of Obama having had some hand in it as well. Am I angry...you bet I am for this again catering to terrorists 'deal' is for me as all consuming in some ways as the events of 9/11 were. 

I'll have a lot more to say about this as information becomes available.

A simple case of tit-for-tat with our country willingly being sold out by two presidents all while certain Latin American countries see their government officials prosper both monetarily and via their now being able to rid said countries of unwanted, economy draining, human baggage...human baggage the Democrats willingly take into our country as these folks have the much coveted “Scarlet V” deeply imprinted on their foreheads.

I'm mad, angry, and seething all rolled into one for with my being part of the Republican/Conservative movement I have been bearing witness to my beloved America being destroyed by the collective Democrat party enemies within, and they're doing so one policy at a time. And it started on day one of the Biden/Harris administration...with the “Scarlet V”...“V” as in future votes...being the driving force.

And with that said let me begin by saying that as we all knew he would, Joe Biden on said day one, did indeed change via executive order the border policies President Donald Trump had put into place...successful policies that had cut the number of illegals entering our country to the lowest numbers in decades. And Biden did so to such a degree that, in my opinion, border enforcement has basically become an all out free for all much to the chagrin of those legal immigrants waiting patiently, some for years, to not only enter our country but to become productive members of our American society...productive members as opposed to those coming solely for the promised “free stuff.”

“Free stuff”...conservative America's curse for Joe Biden knows well that the more folks he lets into our country the more votes Democrats will garner, votes happily secured at the expense of we middle class taxpayers who will, of course, be facing a tax increase to pay for all the said “free stuff.” But does Biden care about that...no he does not for caring about the middle class is not now nor has it ever been part of the Democrats agenda.

And when it comes specifically to actual border security or now the obvious lack thereof, the Democrats agenda becomes quite simply an agenda of unabashed idiocy hiding behind a total lack of transparency where not only is the true cause of increasing illegal numbers being toned down but outright ignored. And on the rare occasion when some reason for the now called “surge”...or as Biden likes to say the “non-crisis”...is given it's always either Trump's fault or as per Kamala Harris' recent words of blame, “food insecurity, hurricanes, or covid-19.” And if to add insult to such a nonsensical injury Harris tacked on “corruption, violence and poverty, the lack of economic opportunity, the lack of climate adaptation and climate resilience, and the lack of good governance," good little drama queen that she is.

After all, it was only a matter of time before the lie known as “climate change”...as in the “weather”...was blamed for certain folks suddenly and opportunistically needing their Biden promised share of “free stuff” coupled, hopefully, with a guaranteed lifetime welfare ride...which has led to the resurgence of folks beating down our southern border doors. And beating our doors these anything but suffering folks have done as way too many cross into our country not only wearing Biden T-shirts but with i-Phones in hand; computers stuffed into their backpacks; $200 Nike sneakers on their feet; women carrying Prada, Gucci and Coach purses; and most folks looking quite well fed. And dare we forget the drug dealers looking to make “mucho dinero” off the habit of the addicted, plus other criminal sorts now left to roam free and turn America's streets red with the blood of their next innocent victim.

Simply, the current southern border fiasco is and will will remain a man-made mess...a Joe Biden simmering cauldron of a mess with Kamala Harris happily stirring the “Scarlet V” filled pot. And that pot continues to be fed with now an additional $310 million in U.S. taxpayer dollars going to Central America as part of a $4 billion regional strategy the Biden administration recently signed on to where he pledged to "address factors driving migration from Central America," yet he never really addressed what those factors are.

However, no matter any words to the contrary, migration it is not...invasion it is. And the fact is that these folks would be better served not coming here to be both an economic and a societal drain on our country, but staying in their home countries and working together to oust their own corrupted "powers that be" from office...ousted either via the ballot box or with force if need be.

I'm now beyond angry...on the way to seething for sure.

And than there's Biden's job killing, also day one executive order canceling of the Trump approved permit for the Keystone XL oil and gas pipeline...the pipeline that would have moved 830,000 barrels of crude oil a day from Alberta, Canada's tar/oil sands to refineries to be processed here in the U.S...U.S. processing that would have replaced the current processing from Latin American countries thus creating thousands of well-paying jobs for American workers.

And this is the very pipeline that would not only create additional adjunct jobs and industries as well, but would also have helped rid us of any remaining dependency on any form of foreign oil. But than again why wouldn't Biden cancel what's good for our country as what he did follows in lock step with Obama's blocking of the very same pipeline because,“the pipeline would have too heavily favored Canada while producing additional greenhouse gas emissions,” or so he said and erroneously claimed.

Am I mad about this...let's just say my anger is now red hot.

And lastly, for now anyway, Biden again, as expected, reversed President Trump's travel ban on certain countries with majority muslim populations for the same reason...he needs their “Scarlet V.” And while saying with a straight face that, “The United States was built on a foundation of religious freedom and tolerance...” omitted from Biden's anything but constitutional discourse was the fact that a majority of those from majority muslim countries, and those from certain African countries as well, want to come here not just for the “free stuff” in exchange for their votes, but to turn our country into the very cesspools they left behind.

The word “invasion” once again comes to mind.

And know that muslim neighborhoods have some of the highest crime rates in our country, and that more and more of those neighborhoods are now being allowed by our liberal courts to become “Sharia No Go” zones...no police or non-muslims allowed. And dare we not forget the number of muslims now in Congress...muslims like Ilhan Omar and Rashida Talib who hate this country and all she stands for...yet their numbers in both the House of Representatives and in state legislatures do continue to grow with each and every election. And this does not even include the terrorist aspect of this said population...but no matter for these folks will vote Democrat most every time. 

The “Scarlet V” is a powerful incentive that allows the Democrats to ignore this and other said truths, and to say I'm now seething puts it mildly at best.

But the bottom line is this...we Republicans and conservatives know well, with the Constitution's own words to back us up, that the United States of America was never intended to be the world's dumping ground no matter the ever so poetically pretty words engraved on the Statue of Liberty's plaque. Yet sadly under current Democrat party rule that seems to be exactly what we are becoming. And to that I say the “Scarlet V” and the Democrats be damned.

Wolves in Sheep's Clothing Sit at America's Door

Let's start with some brutal honesty...the on-going invasion at our southern border coupled with the fact that the border is still not sealed let alone indefinitely closed does indeed present both serious national security and public safety threats...including health threats...to our country. And sadly those who think otherwise are but paramount to fools.

So as the Democrats continue spewing out lies that we on the right are insensitive sorts who are totally against all immigration, let me set the record straight by saying that the only immigration we are against is illegal immigration but that we are totally in favor of legal immigration...as in follow our laws in coming here and you will be welcomed with open and outstretched arms.

And herein lies the difference between we on the right and the Democrats, for we true Republican and conservative patriots want a country's best knocking on America's door...those truly wanting to become American citizens and wanting to be part of the fabric of this our American society...we do not want to become the world's dumping ground for those with their hands out and whose palms the Democrats “grease” in exchange for their votes. That's not immigration...that's a payoff...I cannot say it any more directly than that.

And only when those playing the political immigration game see that as truth will any true headway be made in stopping the many wolves now at America's southern door.

But if truth be told...as it always must be...we on the right freely admit that we are totally disgusted with how much these invaders...for that's what these illegals are...cost we taxpayers...with that cost increasing every year. And when you add in how much more it would cost if this newest round of illegals...as in those who are part of what's called the “caravans”...were let into our country...disgust at those numbers turns into bold-faced anger for a majority of us and very rightfully so.

And let's look at some of those numbers...Judicial Watch reports that an in-depth study done by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) shows that illegal immigration...using a low-ball figure of 12.5 million illegals currently living here...costs we American taxpayers nearly $135 billion every year, with state and local taxpayers now footing $116 billion of that amount. Breaking it down even further you discover that every single illegal living in America today costs each of we taxpayers about $8,075 per year. And for those who claim illegals contribute to our economy by paying taxes, the latest government figures show that they only paid $19 billion of the total $135 billion number...a very small amount indeed.

And if the current approximated 3.25 million young people who are still being protected from deportation by the Obama-initiated infamous DACA program were added into that numbers mix, we taxpayers would face paying an additional $25.9 billion over the next 10 years if those who are called "Dreamers" were ever to be granted amnesty or citizenship.

And all of the above quoted hard earned taxpayer dollars are being spent on those who have absolutely no legal right to be here while America's homeless veterans still remain homeless and too many American citizens go to bed hungry each night. Something is so wrong here folks and it must stop and stop right now.

Now let's break those above stated numbers down a bit further especially in one key area where we taxpayers are truly getting raped...the medical care aspect relating to these illegals. Fact: right now taxpayer-funded Medicaid benefits are being given to illegals no matter that certain Medicaid requirements actually disqualifies them from receiving such benefits, and it currently costs we taxpayers an estimated $18.5 billion a year...up from $11.22 billion in 2016...to subsidize the care of those having no legal right to be here let alone receive medical care.

And as the number of illegals keeps increasing so do the dollars we pay out for their care. And know it's our federal taxes that both directly and indirectly fund health care for illegals via Community Health Centers, tax exemptions for non-profit hospitals and other health facilities, employer tax exclusion, as well as through Medicaid and Medicare subsidies.

In fact, The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) recently released findings stating that the combined percentage of both illegals and legals on Medicaid together grew from six percent in 2007 to 17 percent in 2017 (the 2018 numbers are not in yet)...an increase of 11 percentage points while the percentage of American citizens on Medicaid increased during that same time period by just nine percent. In other words, non-American citizens...illegals...are being better taken care of than we American citizens are medically wise that is, and if that doesn't get you angry I don't know what will.

And know that those coming to our country legally but who are not yet citizens are eligible for coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace (and they may also be eligible for lower costs on monthly premiums and lower out-of-pocket costs based on income), and also through Medicaid and through the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) if they meet their state's income and residency rules. However, while federal law generally disallows illegals from being covered by Medicaid, a little-known part of each states federal health insurance program for the poor does allow illegals coverage, and that coverage pays out well over $2 billion a year for said illegals 'supposed' emergency treatment if administered in an emergency room.

Deemed “Emergency Medicaid” by the federal government...the folks flooding into emergency rooms... folks who really do not have true emergencies...are according to participating hospitals mostly illegals... illegals who know that said hospitals cannot and will not turn them away.

And whose fault is this...in a word...Congress...as it was Congress who approved this “Emergency Medicaid” insurance program after lawmakers required hospitals to screen and stabilize all emergency room patients regardless of their insurance or citizenship status...in other words hospitals cannot ask patients whether they’re here legally or not. And with federal law mandating that state Medicaid programs make what's called “Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) payments” to hospitals that care for large numbers of Medicaid and uninsured folks, these hospitals are then not restricted from using their uncompensated care funds on illegals as the DSH Medicare and Medicaid payments they receive indirectly fund cumulative uncompensated care losses they incur from treated said illegals.

And for those who were still not angry before are you finally angry now?

You should be, for those dollars spent on illegals would once again be so much better spent on our veterans and wounded warriors...especially on taking care of those forced to navigate a broken V.A. health care system for their medical needs while illegals move to the head of the line.

Also, know that while illegals are technically not eligible for direct welfare assistance they do circumnavigate that issue as well for while U.S. immigration law states that persons likely to become a "public charge”...in other words those deemed likely to be dependent on public assistance forever...are ineligible for an immigrant visa, however, there is a major caveat in that law. And said caveat is that those deemed refugees, asylum seekers, or amnestied-in illegals are exempt from the “public charge” requirement.

And so the "free stuff" via our taxpayer dollars continues to flow into their greedy hands. And flow it does with 63 percent of "non-citizens"...both legal and illegal...comprising 4.6 million households...being on some form of welfare, with that number growing to 70 percent for those living here 10 years or more. So much for "public charge." And these figures are courtesy of the last U.S. census.

Amazing isn't it, but what is even more amazing is that Congress alone decided who is to be deemed what. And Congress also decided that it's “We the People” who will be serving as the illegals sponsors, and thus allow them to keep their hands in our collective taxpayer pockets.

Never mind angry, you should be borderline if not outright fuming by now.

But even if we remove the monetary drain from the illegal mix ask yourself this...what does America have to gain by letting in the uneducated unskilled leeches known as illegals...not a damn thing I would say. The truth is we only gain by keeping them out and making it easier for those coming to our country legally to do so...people who have something of value to contribute to American society (not those forcing us to “press one for English”) and who honor and respect our laws.

And the only way to do that is to build the wall, lock it down, and say “no more.” And with that, now let's add into this mix none other than Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi who most likely will become the new Speaker of the House...as in the House that controls our nation's purse strings.

So as the Senate is working on the Homeland Security Appropriations Bill...a bill that includes the border wall funding...a bill in which Republican senators are proposing to fully fund the wall by taking monies away from illegals that they currently get from welfare and such...Ms. Pelosi emphatically stated “NO!” when asked this question by a Fox News reporter, “Would you be willing to support some degree of wall funding if you got a permanent bona fide solution on DACA?”

And so with that the infamous Nancy Pelosi promised that come January when the Democrats take back control of the House, the House will vote to give amnesty to millions of illegals...especially those garnering DACA status...currently living within our borders. And the rape of our taxpayer dollars by those illegals will continue on as their hands push even deeper into our taxpayer pockets...pockets held open by vile Democrat sorts who are selling America out for votes. And even if President Trump uses the power of the veto...which I'm sure he will...the damage will have been done for the wall will remain in limbo and even more will cross the border illegally and run to the open-arm safety of both sanctuary cites and states.

Get ready my friends as you know what I've said is true...are you finally angry if not finally fuming...God I surely hope so for those moving in next door to you could soon be illegals of the very worst kind...and they'll be able to do so courtesy of the Democrats and your taxpayer dime.

Outrageously Stupid...Outrageously Traitorous

Lets see now...we've got Americans living paycheck to paycheck; we've got homeless veterans and veterans still waiting for medical care; we've got ILLEGALS raping both our welfare and medical systems; we've got Obama helping to fund the 'so-called' moderate rebels who are anything but; and now we find out that a defunct Obama initiated task force...The Task Force for Business and Stability Operations (TFBSO)...gave the green light for the Department of Defense to spend nearly $43 million of our taxpayer dollars to build and set up the 'Downstream Gas Utilization Project'...a compressed natural gas filling station (CNG) for cars only in the small and somewhat isolated Afghan city of Sheberghan in the northern province of Jowzjan.

Nearly $43 million...$42,718,739 to be exact spent between 2011 and 2014 to construct and supervise the initial operation of the station...with approximately $12.3 million in direct costs and $30 million in 'overhead costs'...spent on what is in reality a simple gas station with just a few pumps...$43 million spent even after the initial contract awarded to Central Asian Engineering back in 2011 stated that NO more than $3 million was being allocated to build said filling station.

And pray tell what 'overhead costs' could possibly reach $30 million for one simple gas station.

Something sure stinks in D.C. yet again...something sure stinks when the Department of Defense (DOD) fails to answer any questions about the $800 million the TFBSO itself cost, along with its claim that said task force's employees NO longer work for the DOD.

Created by the Obama administration run Department of Defense back in 2009, the said goal of the TFBSO was to try and revive Afghanistan's almost non-existent economy, and even though the TFBSO was disbanded back in March of this year, lo and behold supposedly having come online in May of this year (and NO proof exists that it did) was this $43 million money pit...a money pit paid for by 'We the People' courtesy once again of our hard earned taxpayer dollars. And making this even more grievous is the fact that when a similar CNG filling station was constructed in Pakistan it cost just under $500,000 to build...leaving you to wonder NOT only where exactly the additional dollars went but where did those additional dollars come from, and why the few cars in Sheberghan, Afghanistan, were worth a $43 million filling station to begin with.

According to John Sopko, a former federal prosecutor appointed by Obama in 2012 to watch over...if you will...spending in Afghanistan and the above quoted Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction (SIGAR), who wrote to Secretary of Defense Ash Carter at the end of last month that, "The Department of Defense claims that it is unable to provide an explanation for the high cost of the project or to answer any other questions concerning its planning, implementation, or outcome." And if truth be told saying they are NOT able to provide an explanation translates into either their being unwilling to provide an explanation or their being told...ordered actually...NOT to provide an explanation.

“There may be fraud. There may be corruption. But I cannot currently find out more about this because of the lack of co-operation,” Sopko continued, but the fact is that when costs go so far above the allotted monies 'maybes' and 'corruption' become reality, especially with an administration...with a president...whose middle name is 'lying traitor.'

And a case in point can easily be made for both fraud and corruption, because the anything but bright idea to build this type of gas station came even after officials discovered that despite having vast natural gas reserves, Afghani drivers relied solely on petrol to power their cars...what few cars there are in Afghanistan that is. And when you add in that there appeared to be NO 'feasibility study' done prior to the project being started...a 'feasibility study' that if done would have shown that all cars needed to be converted in order to run on natural gas...they would have seen that said conversion would have been cost prohibitive for the average Afghani in that it costs up to $800 to covert just one automobile, and that with the average Afghani household income being just $690 per year...with many families having ten or more children...NO way was this gas station built to help the Afghani people cut the dependency on foreign gasoline nor was it built to jump start their economy.

And once again Sopko's words raise serious questions..."I have never in my lifetime seen the Department of Defense or any  government agency clam up and claim they don't know anything about a program...."Who's in charge?... Why won't they talk?...We have received more allegations about this program than we have received about any other program in Afghanistan"...all questions that must be answered, but answered truthfully NOT with stonewalling as was the case when these questions were posed to Brian McKeon, the principal deputy under the secretary of defense for policy.

In his answering Sopko's questions that, "the closure of TFBSO in March 2015 and departure of all its employees have resulted in the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) no longer possessing the personnel expertise to address these questions or to assess properly the TFBSO information and documentation retained by WHS in the OSD Executive Archive," McKeon is doing NOTHING but playing the 'pass the buck' game as he tries to cover-up what truly is proving to be one hell of a shady operation.

So again...why build this abomination...why flush $43 million dollars of 'We the People's' monies down the proverbial drain of a country seeing for years now a reemergence of a newly empowered Taliban...and why is the Department of Defense deliberately blocking access to both documents and personnel who could give the answers to these need-to-know questions...the answer really is quite simple and has NOTHING to do with mismanagement of funds for maybe, just maybe, this money was actually used in the same manner as (I believe) Obama's ILLEGALLY running guns and weapons through Benghazi to the anything but moderate Syrian rebels was used....meaning these monies (in my opinion) were actually funneled 'under the table' to help fund the enemy either with the purchasing of guns and weapons or with combat training.

And why is this a more likely scenario...because why build such an expensive filling station in the isolated and lightly populated area of Sheberghan in the first place...an area deemed too dangerous for anyone to even venture out into to verify whether the station was operational...instead of building it in the more populated capital of Kabul which would have made more sense. And isn't it odd that Qashqari Oil and Gas Services, who 'supposedly' began operating the station when it 'supposedly' opened in May 2014, did NOT renew its business license in November of the same year...YES it is...and red flags should be raised because allocating $43 million to a country where we basically lost the war what with us pulling out, leads one to believe the monies did indeed go elsewhere from where the DOD claims it went.

And that $43 million is on top of the $400 to $500 million of our taxpayer dollars spent on airplanes that the Afghan Air Force could NOT use. That's $43 million on top of the $8.4 billion we've given Afghanistan since 2002 for counter-narcotics efforts yet that country remains the world's leading producer of opium. That's $43 million on top of the millions spent to improve medical care and professional training for Afghani women that U.S. development authorities cannot track or account for...yet the enemy seems to have the latest in arms and weapons...and lots of them...coupled with the money to pay for them. And isn't it odd that America's president...Barack HUSSEIN Obama...does NOT seem the least bit concerned about any of this.

Yeah $43 million is a lot to pay for one filling station that is knowingly useless to the people it's supposed to aid...yeah $43 million is a lot of money suspiciously spent that NO one seems to know anything about...but $43 million is just a drop in the bucket when it's funneled 'under the table' to help fund an enemy out to kill us all. And all this is just part and parcel for an administration corrupt to its traitorous core...and all this is part and parcel for an administration that will, like in Benghazi, try to sweep this matter under the proverbial rug.

For Political Reasons Alone

Well Obama has gone and done it again as he continues on his roll to undermine America’s standing in the world...this time by removing yet another one of America's enemies from the State Department's list of terrorism sponsors. First he removed Hezbollah, then he removed Iran, and now he's removing Cuba...a country just 90-miles off Florida's coast...proving once again where his true loyalties lie.

And so this past Tuesday, more than a half century after U.S./Cuban ties were broken and mere days after a first-time meeting with Cuban President Raul Castro at the Summit of the Americas in Panama...a summit Cuba had NOT attended since its inception in 1994...but just two months after Obama extended a 19-year-old so-called state of emergency against Cuba for their threatening to shoot down U.S. airplanes or sink U.S. ships in the waters north of Cuba...this most miserable of presidents told Congress that he had made the final decision to remove Cuba from this all-important list because according to him the Cuban government "has not provided any support for international terrorism over the last six months."

Forgetting...or much more likely ignoring...that first, terrorism knows NO time frame and second, terrorism comes in many guises NOT just in the guise of suicide bombings and beheadings...and terrorism in Cuba today equates to how the Cuban people are NOT only oppressed in the political sense but are living without basic human rights, dignity, and necessities. And in a country basically stuck in the 1950s, eleven million people continue to live at a poverty level that would astound while at the same time the Castro brothers and their ilk...true to form of dictators everywhere...want for nothing.

Cuba...a designated state sponsor of terror since 1982 due to its promoting armed revolution by terrorist organizations especially in Latin America and Spain...now has Obama saying that Cuba "has provided assurances that it will not support acts of international terrorism in the future."

And our traitor-in-chief expects the American people...expects Congress...to accept the 'word' of a dictator over the 'actions' of said dictator NO matter that Cuba continues to support and facilitate actions by other nations and groups that pose a national security threat to the United States, for example their helping North Korea evade international sanctions imposed on them by the U.N. And for these and other actions, Sen. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.) has said that Cuba should also remain on the terrorist list because it continues to harbor fugitives wanted in the U.S...fugitives like FBI-wanted convicted cop killer Joanne Chesimard who now goes by the name Assata Shakur, and who routinely espouses revolution and terrorism against the U.S...and William Guillermo Morales, a suspect in the 1970's NYC bombings claimed by the Puerto Rican FALN terrorist group.

And know that Cuba still provides a 'safe haven' for members of both the Marxist FARC rebels out of Colombia and members of the violent Basque separatist group ETA; that Cuba illegally held and imprisoned American businessman Alan Gross for five years; and so much more but all that matters to Obama is with his removing Cuba from the terror list it could result in diplomatic relations being restored via the opening of a U.S. Embassy in Havana and a Cuban Embassy in Washington D.C...a would-be feather in his currently tarnished legacy cap.

Also of note is that we do NOT gain economically from Obama's pandering to the Castro brothers as it's Cuba's needing to 'behave correctly', if you will, if they are to start any serious attempts at economic development and recovery...a much needed development and recovery Cuba claims the long-held embargo prevented them from doing...especially with their conducting business with American banks and international institutions. But according to a New York Times report Cuba 'found' a bank to do business with even before Obama's announcement, because get this...the Treasury Department usually takes “steps to ease the situation and facilitate” any such agreement.

I was never aware of that little bit of subterfuge, but with the Obama regime anything is possible if his royal highness deems it so.

And do NOT forget that this current 'behaving correctly' by Cuba is only until Raul Castro gets what he wants from Obama...as in a lifting of said embargo...for Cuba today remains as repressive and oppressive as ever. And while Obama's decision will most assuredly help the Cuban government attract both U.S. and foreign investments, the amount of American dollars needed to 'modernize' Cuba will reach up into the billions.

And what do 'We the People' get for our investment...nothing but our taxpayer dollars being used...being wasted...to support and bolster yet another dictatorial regime that does NOT like us very much...sad isn't it.

But while Obama took this step to restore diplomatic relations with the communist nation unilaterally...yet another in a long list of him going it alone...saying that times have changed and that he believes Cuba is NOT the “political thorn” it had been...under U.S. federal law a country cannot be removed from the terrorist list if it has NOT changed its policies and so long as the country is still supporting acts of international terrorism. And these are things which Cuba continues to do as they have taken NO tangible steps toward democratic reform as well as their continuing to have close ties with both Iran and Syria...with Syria still being on the terrorist list...making their recently issued government statement that “Cuba rejects and condemns all acts of terrorism in all their forms and manifestations,” nothing but empty words.

Thankfully, but with the outcome for the most part predetermined, Cuba's terrorism designation must remain in place for another 45 days before it can be approved...meaning Congress can and most likely will block Obama from taking Cuba off the terror list through a joint resolution prohibiting the move, but know Obama will veto it and with NOT enough votes to override his veto Barack HUSSEIN Obama will once again screw our beloved America while further emboldening the regime of yet another dictator of yet another communist country.

And so the man who just slapped Cuban-Americans in the face by his recently saying, “We don’t want to be imprisoned by the past...when something doesn’t work for 50 years, you don’t just keep on doing it. You try something new,” forgets history's most important lesson as said by George Santayana...”Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it,” and repeating it with a communist nation sitting but 90-miles off our coast could have very serious ramifications indeed.

Is the key to the IRS scandal hiding in Russia...part 3 of 3

As more testimony is given in the IRS scandal it's becoming obvious that the missing e-mails could very well be the key to collapsing the entire Obama administration, but it first must be understood that the IRS e-mails were NOT being secured because the IRS did NOT want them to be secured...period.

And why...because e-mail messages are considered official documents and can be offered as evidence in court and therefore can be legally binding...especially e-mails regarding the transaction of official business...of IRS business.

And the missing e-mails in question needed to be destroyed because...we believe ...they contained evidence that the IRS...a supposed nonpartisan government agency...knowingly engaged in criminal activities to cover for the actions of Barack HUSSEIN Obama as explained in part 2 of this investigative report (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html). We also believe that NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden could also have noticed something was amiss at the IRS especially concerning e-mail correspondence...and with his vast computer expertise he could have 'secured' copies of those e-mails for himself out of fear such incriminating e-mails would go missing...which indeed they did...as outlined in part 1 of this report (http://www.thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/).
   

Now what everyone needs to understand is how the IRS...a mega-agency that according to government records spent more than $4 billion on contracts labeled 'information technology and software' over the last five years...yet according to last week's testimony by IRS Commissioner John Koskinen himself...the IRS had NO funds with which to save and store e-mails due to budgetary constraints...due to “declining budget resources”...that he claimed prevented the agency from spending the $10 million needed to save and store e-mails...basically to upgrade their system from having to use tape for backups, from having to use hard-drives instead of servers to store information, and from only having the capacity to hold information garnered for six months.

Now ain't that a kick as 'We the People' are told to store our records for a minimum of seven years yet the very agency telling us to do just that only stores their information for six months...talk about the epitome of hypocrisy.

Excuse me but with $4 billion dollars having been spent over five years...and what a coincidence that such extravagant spending occurred during the exact time frame that Barack HUSSEIN Obama has been in office...that $10 million could NOT have been put aside from their $4 billion spending spree for such an important endeavor as securing critical interdepartmental e-mails. Of course it couldn't and for very good reason as those e-mails (we believe) were NEVER intended to be saved because to save them would possibly risk exposing...if they fell into the wrong hands...hands like those of Edward Snowden...the truth about an administration and about a traitor of a president run amok.

NO...that could NOT be risked so all e-mails of critical importance that tied Obama in any way into the IRS scandal...especially those between Lois Lerner and Obama himself..had to go 'poof' either by using the cooked up phony crashed computer story or by someone simply hand destroying the hard-drives themselves.

But the question remains where was $4 billion of our taxpayer dollars spent if it was NOT spent on securing and protecting these critical computers and the important information they housed...well let me tell you and it will NOT make you, the reader, happy at all. First, between 2010 and 2012...covering most of the time frame of the missing e-mails...some $50 million of that $4 billion was spent by the IRS on 220 conference trips...with $38 million of that in 2010 alone. And if you break that $50 million down into more easily recognizable and manageable numbers that comes out to $227,272.72 being spent on each conference trip. And this includes our tax dollars being spent on...actually wasted on...$3,500 per night hotel rooms, promotional materials, paintings, and other frivolities all while our economy was tanking, many were without jobs or health insurance, and some even without a roof over their heads.

Now let's look at one conference in particular...a conference approved by then IRS Deputy Commissioner Mark Ernst (who left the IRS in 2010), and then Commissioner Steve Miller... one of many conferences where our taxpayer dollars were spent on IRS hierarchy having a grand old time instead of having those monies spent on securing and upgrading IRS computers. In 2010, with the IRS already engaged in the targeting of TEA Party and Conservative groups seeking 501(c)(3) status, they had the audacity to spend $4.1 million for its entire management staff to attend the Small Business/Self-Employed (SB/SE) Division Conference, called 'Leading into the Future,' held in Anaheim, California...a conference where none of those attending were required to document their attendance at the supposedly important training sessions.

But where exactly did the money for this conference come from...according to SB/SE Division management, they were allocated $132.7 million in the IRS's FY 2010 budget to hire 1,315 full-time employees, and the conference was paid for with what they called "leftover money" as they did NOT hire all the employees they could have hired...all the Americans they could have put back to work.

However, a complaint about this conference's cost was filed, and after conducting a thorough investigation the Treasury Department's then Inspector General for Tax Administration Steve Miller (who was forced to resign amid revelations that the IRS targeted conservative groups for special scrutiny and who was replaced by Daniel Werfel who was then replaced by John Koskinen) concluded that the IRS did indeed spend excessive sums of money on what they deemed to be "questionable expenses" during this conference.

And "questionable expenses" they were with some of the 2,600 attendees receiving high-priced baseball tickets and stays in 'presidential' hotel suites that normally cost $1,500 to $3,500 per night. And the 15 non-IRS speakers at the conference were paid a total of $135,000 in fees, with artist Erik Wahl being paid $17,000 to talk about what was called "leadership through art"... like art has anything to do with IRS business...and another $11,430 being paid for so-called 'positive psychology' guru Shawn Achor...referred to as a 'happiness expert'...to lead a 90-minute workshop. I guess the only one made happy by that expenditure was Achor himself because I know 'We the People' sure ain't happy about our hard-earned tax payer dollars being spent on such nonsense.                            

Also, at this conference was shown two now infamous videos...the 5 minute and 40 second 'Star Trek' video that consisted of a scripted presentation featuring SB/SE Division managers portraying Star Trek characters in a 'supposed' tax-themed parody that SB/SE Division upper-level executives claimed was used to open the conference by highlighting "current issues facing the IRS and SB/SE [Division] in the leadership arena and set the stage for the many topics being covered at the conference," and the other called the 'SB/SE Cupid Shuffle' where IRS managers were seen dancing on a stage. And the cost to make these two videos...over $50,100 of our taxpayer dollars spent on pure unadulterated nonsense that had NOTHING really to do with the IRS or the actual business being conducted at the conference.

But the most egregious aspect of this most egregious of conferences...besides the $35,800 spent on three planning trips before the conference...remains the fact that about $3.2 million of the $4.1 million spent (actually spending when all was said and done $4,297,285 but the IRS could NEVER account for the additional $1 million plus spent) did indeed come from the unused funds that had been allocated for hiring...meaning instead of creating all the jobs the monies had been allocated for...instead of putting Americans back to work...the IRS spent that which they called "leftover money" on themselves...as in to party hardy on our taxpayer dime and 'We the People' be damned.

So now we have a 'perfect storm' brewing between an arrogant government agency who thinks they're untouchable...sounds a bit like the 'anointed one' doesn't it...and a gutless Congress who holds hearing after hearing to get to the bottom of what should be in-your-face obvious and who in the end will most likely do NOT a thing...thus leaving it up to the likes of Edward Snowden or others like him to do what needs to be done...that is find and release the missing e-mails for all to see...for all to realize that they've been duped by the man who would be king.

Now that we have shown, beyond ANY reasonable doubt that a lack of funding was not responsible for not having the sort of computers or retention services necessary to minimize hard drive failures and properly store emails and documents at the IRS, as Commissioner Koskinen fraudulently claimed in hearings last week, it’s time to take a hard and fast look at the probabilities OF having 7 key hard drive crashes such as those that supposedly wiped out the subpoenaed documents.

Professor Ken Homa at Georgetown University looked into this and what he discovered is stunning.

According to BackBlaze, an IT group that tests hard drives, tens of thousands of them at a time by keeping them running 24/7/365 until they crash…of average consumer grade hard drives, about 4perent fail annually. Only 4 percent.  Of the LOWEST grade hard drives available, the failure rate is about 25 percent annually.

During the hearings last week, Congressman Massie of Kentucky challenged Koskinen as to how many computers are used in the IRS and how many hard drives crashed.

According to Koskinen…90,000 employees suffer about 2000 hard drive crashes per year which points to the 4-5 percent category and NOT the 25 percent group of lowest rated hard drives available so…and hold onto your seats…by using a factor of 7 because of the 7 key hard drives...the odds of them failing all at the same time are...

Well, let’s put it this way…the odds are better that you will be struck and killed by lightning (1 in 2,320,000) than you becoming a saint recognized by the Catholic church (1 in 20 million) and yet we are asked to believe that 7 key people of interest in the IRS targeting scandal all had their emails wiped out when their individual hard drives crashed…all just days after first being notified that house committees were interested in LOOKING at those emails when the odds against that VERY thing are…a staggering 6 BILLION to 1.

To put this another way…while the odds of such a 7-way hard drive crash at the IRS is 1 in 6 billion…YOUR odds of being audited are about 1 in 104 and while the IRS only keeps THEIR crucial information for 6 months, you had damn well better have the last 7 YEARS of yours.

It’s clear that these 7 key hard drives didn’t just up and fail but, to wrap all this up…exactly to whom did these 7 hard drives belong?

Agent Julie Chen, IRS ID number 31261 an Exempt Organizations Official in the Cincinnati office.

Agent Nancy Heagney, IRS ID number 31306…another Exempt Organizations Official from the Cincinnati office who worked under Lois Lerner.

Both Chen and Heagney would be considered small fish and likely the “couple of rogue agents” cited by Obama in the early days of this breaking scandal…those he would gladly throw under the bus in order to stay above the fray himself but, the fish get bigger.

Supervisory Agent Tyler Chumney, IRS ID number 31321 who, like Heagney and Chen operated out of the Cincinnati office and likely the supervisor to whom Heagney and Chen reported.

Then, there’s Agent Kimberly Kitchens, IRS ID number 31457 who, along with the previous three, worked in Cincinnati and Kitchens was also a donor to Obama’s 2012 campaign.

What we can take from the information on these IRS employees is that the spate of computer crashes were not confined to, as we have been led to believe, the DC office but also took place in Cincinnati meaning that the odds of these 7 hard drive crashes occurring in 2 separate offices to the exact 7 key people whose emails had just been drawn into question just went from 1 in 6 billion to something substantially more improbable.

Every scandal complete with a cover up needs someone to handle PR and feed the media only what propaganda is deemed suitable and the IRS targeting scandal seems to have had their own, built-in control for just such an occasion…IRS National Media Relations Chief Michelle Eldridge, the woman who took the IRS through the media gauntlet after IRS whistle blowers were targeted by the agency AND from allegations leveled by none other than CHUCK GRASLEY when the IRS leaked confidential info on Conservatives to the LIBERAL nonprofit organization, ProPublica.

And, it gets even more interesting when one considers that Eldridge met with Joe Biden, in the White House, on March 22nd 2010…about the time the targeting scandal started.

How about Former Chief of Staff to IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, one Agent Nikole Flax who also worked for Lois Lerner in the Exempt Organization division. Yes, that’s the exact same Nikole Flax whose name appears on the WHITE HOUSE VISITOR LOGS a surprising 31 times between... July 12th, 2010 and…May 10th, 2013…exactly 3 days before the targeting scandal went public last year.

Still not convinced that this targeting scandal goes all the way to the Oval Office?

You may not be familiar with the name Jeanne Lambrew but she met with Flax TWICE, in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, next door to the West Wing of the White House where the offices for White House staff are housed and Jeane Lambrew, a top aide to Barack Hussein Obama did in fact, act as a conduit for confidential info on Conservative groups with…Lois Lerner.

It’s now time to connect the dots by asking a few pertinent questions.

What are the chances that all six of the IRS agents and executives named above along with Lois Lerner had their hard drives crash, in concert just days after first being asked to turn over their emails?

Well…as we now know…the chances are 1 in 6 billion.

Why would a top aide to Obama, one we know acted as an agent in exchanging confidential information regarding Conservative groups during the IRS targeting scandal, be meeting with the former Chief of Staff to the IRS Commissioner who also worked for Lois Lerner during the targeting scandal if Obama himself wasn’t intimately involved?

If Obama isn’t intimately involved, there would be no reasonable explanation for the Flax and Lambrew meetings.

Why would Lois Lerner be giving the fast tax exempt green light to the organizations highlighted in part 2 of this series (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html) if Obama wasn’t intimately involved?

She wouldn’t.

Along with the criminal activities exposed here in this 3 part series, the IRS has also violated privacy laws by leaking confidential information on American citizens to the FBI, obstructed house and senate investigations, and Lois Lerner has been found to be in contempt while current IRS Commissioner John Koskinen may well have committed perjury during his testimony last week.

Given all of this and what is undoubtedly yet to come, is there any reasonable reason to believe that the IRS can or should be trusted as the enforcement arm of Obamacare?

Simple answer…no way in hell.

Given what we have presented in this 3 part series, can anyone reasonably believe that Obama didn’t know of the IRS targeting of Conservative groups until he heard about it in the media?

Absolutely not.

Can ANYONE reasonably believe THIS statement from Obama on the day the IRS targeting scandal broke…May 13th, 2013: "If in fact IRS personnel engaged in the kind of practices that have been reported on, and were intentionally targeting conservative groups, then that's outrageous. And there's no place for it. And they have to be held fully accountable. Because the IRS as an independent agency, requires absolute integrity and people have to have confidence that they're applying it in a nonpartisan way. Applying the laws in a nonpartisan way. And you should feel that way regardless of party. I don't care whether you're a Democrat, Independent or a Republican."

Can anyone now reasonably doubt that Obama was launching a preemptive strike against what he knew would be breaking news regarding the IRS targeting scandal just one week earlier when he told graduates:

Edmund Burke said: “All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent,” and given the long and growing list of abuses of power, contempt, high crimes and misdemeanors and treason committed over the past 5 ½ years…tyranny is not “lurking around the corner…” it is personified by Obama’s insistence that “people of good conscience remain silent.”

Can ANY credibility be assigned to Obama's response to a question regarding the possibility of corruption or mass corruption at play in the IRS targeting scandal when he said: “Not even mass corruption -- not even a smidgen of
corruption?"

Are you kidding?

And while we realized that the theory put forth in Part 1 of this series (http://www.thenationalpatriot.com/2014/06/24/is-the-key-to-the-irs-scandal-hiding-in-russia-part-1/) appeared on its face to be something of a stretch, with what we have exposed in Parts 2 (http://thepatriotfactor.blogspot.com/2014/06/op-ed-is-key-to-irs-scandal-hiding-in.html) and here in part 3 of this series, what do you now think are the chances that there were enough red flags flying to garner the interest and attention of Ed Snowden and that he just might, in fact, have copies of the emails the IRS claims are now unrecoverable?

A whole hell of a lot less than 1 in 6 billion…and if the names Lois Lerner, Nikole Flax, Nancy Heagney, Julie Chen, Tyler Chumney, Kimberly Kitchens or Michelle Eldridge just happen to appear on the Ed Snowden leaked, soon to be published full list of all Americans upon whom the NSA was spying…the odds against Snowden having copies of those incriminating emails drops significantly.

Obviously, the targeting scandal was not just a couple of rogue agents in the Cincinnati office, it was a rogue agency operating above the law and we believe at the personal direction of Barack Hussein Obama for his political gain and to seek political revenge on his behalf.

This is a Constitutional Republic not a dictatorship.

We are a nation of laws and when government agencies, our highest elected officials and government as a whole are allowed to operate outside and above the law there can be no reasonable expectation that the people of the nation should act within or abide by the law.
