This is but part of the platform of the “Democratic Socialists”... simply it's Obama's “Transformation of America” both revisited and reignited starting with replacing our current three-branch system of government with a single federal legislature body chosen by and subordinate to Congress. In simpler terms: these folks want to do away with the president and Supreme Court and replace them with an executive board and judiciary chosen by Congress; while at the same time doing away with the U.S. Senate as well...our Constitution's laid out system of “checks and balances” be damned.

The “Democratic Socialist” platform also includes “Medicare for all” including illegals; amnesty for all (as in what they call “immigrants” as opposed to what we rightfully call “illegals;” the instituting of “universal rent control;” eliminating all cash bail no matter the crime committed; defunding the police; establishing a 32-hour work week without any reduction in pay all while prosecuting corporate leaders if need be; canceling all student loan debt; cutting foreign and military aid to allied countries most especially Israel; while at the same time defunding the all important “Department of War.”

There are currently over 120,000 dues paying active members in the “Democratic Socialist of America” (DSA) today, with over 250 “Democratic Socialists” currently serving in local, state, and federal public offices across 40 states with that number continuing to grow by the day.

“Houston,” this will be a problem come the November mid-terms which in turn could funnel over into the 2028 presidential election, and hence determine America's future, and possibly not in a good way. So I say, with all due respect Mr. President, let's finish the war with Iran by doing what you and we all know needs to be done not only for the Iranian people's sake, but for our and America's sake...for our “Constitutional Republic's” future is quite possibly in danger.

But before we get into Trump's newest compromise to get both the wall built and the partial government shutdown reversed, let's review some recent developments that led up to what is basically the Democrats last stand. And let's start with the fact that last week was a very bad week for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi with President Trump “trumping” her yet again...well...actually blindsiding her is more like it.

And so our favorite socialist leaning, illegal loving, queen of all things botox got everything she surely deserved as President Trump literally stopped her in her tracks...going to the airport tracks that is...by denying both her and her accompanying congresspeople, literally at the very last minute, military aircraft for their seven-day photo-op trip to Brussels, Egypt, and Afghanistan.

Payback can be a bitch now can't it.

And payback Nancy Pelosi got, and rightly so, for this is the very woman who had the unmitigated gall to demand that President Trump “delay” his upcoming January 29th, Constitutionally mandated, State of the Union Address..."delay" it until he reopens the government that is. Citing the still ongoing government shutdown...a shutdown of her doing as Pelosi vehemently refuses to compromise on any and everything “wall or wall related”... this better dressed Hillary Clinton clone also used her self-fabricated lie that said address, if given, raised serious security concerns. But, here too, Pelosi got her comeuppance what with the Secret Service publicly stating that they’re prepared to handle any and all security situations that might arise due to said speech.

And so as dear Nancy, her seven member congressional entourage, and 86 combined family members...who were all were traveling on our taxpayer dime...were en-route to the airport when she got word that a letter from President Trump had just arrived at her Congressional office stating in part that, “I also feel that, during this period, it would be better if you were in Washington negotiating with me and joining the Strong Border Security movement to end the Shutdown. Obviously, if you would like to make your journey by flying commercial, that would certainly be your prerogative.”

Here in its entirety is the letter President Trump sent to Pelosi and I think he was a bit too kind in addressing her as “honorable”...being the true obstructionist that she is.

Nancy Pelosi was now publicly shamed, and rightfully so, as she got caught by Donald Trump in her own lie...a lie that she gives a damn about those 800,000 federal workers now furloughed. How so...because Pelosi knew that if she left the country at this particular point in time that no negotiations on opening the 25% of the nonessential part of the government now closed...would take place...and that the next government pay period would land directly in the middle of the time frame she was away. Simply, Nancy Pelosi knew that by her going on this overseas trip she would basically guarantee that those same 800,000 federal workers would now not receive their second paycheck because no negotiations would take place while she was away thus assuring that no deal... compromise or otherwise...would then be reached. And without a deal in place the government stays closed and the workers don't get paid...but Pelosi knew well that she and her congressional cohorts most assuredly would be paid.

And with but a few simple words put to paper President Trump publicly shamed and called Nancy Pelosi to task for being the true hypocrite that she is. And while the majority of Democrats remain adamant in their belief that it's President Trump and the Republicans who are to blame for the government shutdown...the longest shutdown in government history with us being at day 30 as I write this...they still refuse to even consider the fact that the majority of "We the People" not just want heightened border security but that we demand heightened border security; that we demand a stop to both illegal immigration and chain migration; and that a wall itself must be built and built now.

And so this past Saturday President Trump took to the air to offer yet another compromise bill...compromise number three I believe...as he pointed out that in the past many Democrats have publicly stated, even before the shutdown began, that they did support additional border security but just not a physical concrete or metal barrier per se. But something he didn't say is that most of the Democrats in Congress today even voted for some sort of tangible barrier being built during the "Gang of Eight" days which sadly has me believing a truth few will dare say...a truth that what we are seeing now is not only partisan politics at its very worst but is a simple yet vengeful act of revenge for Trump being president and Hillary not...with America and American citizens be damned thrown in for good measure. And this proves once again that it's all about votes...or should I say votes a wall will stop Democrats from getting.

So what did President Trump propose in his speech that had Nancy Pelosi rejecting it even before he uttered a word...simply...a temporary solution and not a permanent one.

Starting his speech by saying the U.S. had a proud history of welcoming “migrants” but that the system had been “badly broken for a very long time,” President Trump again laid out his (rightful) reasons for building the wall while at the same time making it clear that the wall would not be one continuous structure but one of steel barriers in high-priority areas not already somewhat secured by mountains and water. Never wavering in his demand for $5.7 billion to fund said wall, what President Trump was basically offering the Democrats was three years of deportation protection for the roughly 700,000 DACA recipients (aka “dreamers”) who are currently in the Obama-era program and who have been in this country since at least 2011...thus allowing them continued access to work permits with others getting a “reprieve;” while also offering to extend for three years the temporary protection status (TPS) for some of the 300,000 immigrants from certain Latin American and African countries who are already allowed to work here under TPS...a fair exchange I think for ending the government shutdown and building the wall.

Also offered in the name of compromise by President Trump was $800 million in “urgent humanitarian assistance,” the hiring of 2,750 more border agents and security officials, and the appointing of 75 new immigration “judge teams.” Saying that his proposals were "reasonable with lots of compromise" and would "build trust and goodwill," what Trump actually did was use the Democrats own language and demands against them for he knows well that the Democrats will reject this proposal when it comes up for a floor vote as it directly cuts off at the pass, so to speak, the unchecked flow of illegals who Democrats count on for votes.



“The radical left can never control our borders, I will never allow it to happen,” Trump added while Nancy Pelosi outright dismissed his compromise proposal as both a “non-starter” and “not a good faith effort” believing it to be just a “compilation of several previously rejected initiatives each of which is unacceptable.” Now vowing that House Democrats would pass legislation this coming week to reopen the government because, “Trump is holding the American people hostage with this senseless shutdown,” what Pelosi doesn't get is that she has neither a chance of getting anything she proposes passed in the Republican held Senate or that President Trump will fund and reopen the government before any negotiations on border security is started.

And with that Pelosi is now proposing an amendment to the upcoming Disaster Relief package that would deny President Trump the right to use any and all funding that is hidden within this $12.1 billion package to build the wall. But she forgets that as president, Trump has every legal right to transfer funds from one area to another if he were to declare a “national emergency” (read about that in detail in my article A Speech, A Walkout, and Maybe Now A Wall), and that in the end it just might come to that if Democrats keep playing games with the wants of "We the American people."

But thankfully not all Democrats are siding with Pelosi, with a key one being Rep. Kendra Horn from Oklahoma, who said it best when she called for her fellow Democrats to “grow up and play ball” with Republicans on the wall as a means to reopen the government. Seems there's hope for a few Democrats yet.

So where do we stand now that a gauntlet of sorts has been thrown down by President Trump? First, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has already announced that he would put Trump's compromise proposal on the Senate floor for vote sometime this week, and attach it to the above stated Disaster Relief package...which does include seven appropriations bills...thus putting pressure on Senate Democrats not to block President Trump's proposal even though they most likely will try to do just that.

Second, President Trump's proposal is quite similar in its structure to a previous bipartisan bill called the “Bridge Act”...co-authored by Senators Dick Durbin (D-Ill) and Lindsay Graham (R-SC)...which also put forward a three-year “renewal” of DACA-style protection for “dreamers” with the hope that in the intervening years a workable comprehensive and permanent immigration bill would be passed. And while that bill never came to fruition as the naysayers on both side of the aisle saw inherent flaws in it...with the Democrats fearing that the temporary halt to deportation protections would be started up again after the 3-years ran out, and with a number of Republicans seeing it as being akin to amnesty... these same fears are being raised again with President Trump getting expected flack from the Democrats but with a few Republicans, especially Republican media talking heads, chiming in as well.

Most Democrats...including now proven hypocrite Dick Durbin...are saying that Trump's newest offer is paramount to trading a permanent border wall for temporary protections for immigrants...I say invaders...that he could well reverse during a second term in office. And Nancy Pelosi, who lives in a mansion completely surrounded by a concrete and brick wall, reiterated her previous statement that she wouldn’t agree to fund such a structure even after the government is opened because, “The fact is, a wall is an immorality...it’s not who we are as a nation.” On both accounts it's the same old, same old nonsense.

And some far right Republicans are saying that Trump's newest proposal is indeed just another form of amnesty which it is not as it offers no pathway to citizenship. But that fact didn't stop leading Republican pundit Ann Coulter from tweeting immediately after Trump's speech that, “Trump proposes amnesty. We voted for Trump and got Jeb!” However, and this is a pleasant and unexpected surprise, Utah Senator Mitt Romney also tweeted after the speech saying that, “@POTUS has put forth a reasonable, good faith proposal that will reopen the government and help secure the border. I look forward to voting for it and will work to encourage my Republican and Democratic colleagues to do the same." Hell just froze over a bit I guess.

And lastly, the bottom line is this, if this compromise proposal is killed by the Democrats as President Trump and many of us expect it to be...it will prove what some of us have known all along...that the Democrats hatred of President Trump supersedes doing what's right not only for America but for “We the People” as well. And it will also be rightfully perceived by the public as being a slap in the face to all those who came to our country legally abiding by our immigration laws. And this above all else will be remembered in 2020 and so not serve the Democrats well especially with a new Pew Research study now showing that 51% of Hispanic immigrants legally in our country want the wall built and built now... and that number continues to grow by the day.

So while President Trump is damned if he does and damned if he doesn't by Democrats who still cannot accept that Hillary is not president and that their constantly replenished voting block is soon to go poof, in the end I feel all will turn out right for President Trump and that the wall will get built. Remember, the master of the “art of the deal” knows well how to play the Democrats game and divert blame not only for the shutdown but for the disaster that is our southern border back onto those who truly deserve it...Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and their assorted illegals over American citizens Democrat ilk.

The Truth Some Do NOT Want to Hear

And so with his words the mayor of NYC hung the NYPD...New York's Finest...out to dry.

In a speech taken directly from a page out of the political correctness handbook, New York City's left-leaning, Obama-loving, ubber liberal Mayor Bill De Blasio publicly let all know his personal disgust with the grand jury's decision NOT to indict Officer Daniel Pantaleo in the death of habitual criminal Eric Garner. And YES...30 previous arrests dating back to 1980 do indeed make Garner a habitual criminal...a habitual criminal whose felony crimes included assault and grand larceny. And at the time of his death, Garner was out on bail after being charged with NOT only selling 'loosie' cigarettes, but also with driving without a license, marijuana possession, and falsely impersonating another.

A pillar of the community Garner was NOT nor was this ever an incident about his race. This was an incident that should have stayed on the local level...as should have Ferguson...but the media and the race-baiters turned it into a 3-ring circus solely to stoke the fires of racial discontentment.

And De Blasio is adding to that circus for De Blasio is NOT disgusted with the true facts of the case, instead choosing to show his disgust for those just doing their jobs...and doing them under the watchful eye of a black police sergeant on scene to boot. Saying this is "A very painful day for so many New Yorkers," De Blasio either fails to see or just does NOT care that his words have drawn a red line of sorts that he dare NOT cross...a dangerous red line with him on one side and the very men and women who put their lives on the line every day to keep New Yorkers safe on the other side.

And that is something NO mayor of any city should ever do.

And when he says nary a word in support of the difficult task afforded this jury, the NYPD or their now cleared officer, De Blasio personally insulted the jurors themselves, their decision, and the men and women in blue. Calling the decision reached a "national moment of pain' this man chose to ignore the reality that grand juries are instructed to follow the letter of the law when reaching decisions NOT adjudicate decisions based on raw emotions. And then following up with a statement that racial profiling and distrust between blacks and the city's police is "a problem for all New Yorkers, it is a problem for all Americans. It's all our problem," you just know that NYC is in serious trouble for De Blasio laid down the gauntlet by insinuating that the NYPD is NOT doing their jobs...NOT doing their jobs in his expected...in his demanded...politically correct way that is.

And the truth is that De Blasio is wrong on all accounts for what is the real problem in both NYC and in today's America is a self-perceived problem magnified and fed upon by the race-baiters, white-haters, and by a small but very vocal minority within black America itself... especially within the black population that lives in the inner cities. And it's in these inner cities where sadly, between 70% to 73% of all black babies born are born out of wedlock (in fact in some inner cities upwards of 80% of all black babies are born to out of wedlock teenage mothers) making this the crux of and the foundation for all their ensuing problems, because families without true daddies...families without strong male role models to lend a positive influence upon their children...are doomed to fail.

Lacking this positive male influence these children, most with different daddies, disproportionately drop out of school, use drugs, are either unemployed or simply unemployable, commit both petty and felony crimes, and are jailed at a much higher rate per their population numbers than whites, Asians, or Hispanics. And it's the Hispanics NOT the whites or Asians who take away the majority of entry-level or low skill jobs that used to go to young black inner-city men...and know it will only get worse job-wise...much worse...when Obama's EO amnesty plan actually goes into effect as it will cause a flood of jobs seekers who vastly outnumber the number of jobs available.

And De Blasio also willingly chooses to ignore documented facts...documented facts that include the astounding statistic that 99+% of all confrontations between the NYPD and blacks are NOT only NOT fatal but also are NOT even within the 'questionable' range. Also ignored is the fact that the NYPD is as racially diverse as the city they serve for the majority of today's NYPD is comprised of minorities (one out of three police officers is Hispanic; 18% are black, and 5.6% are Asian equating to 52.5% of the NYPD being minorities), and that while blacks are outnumbered in New York's population by whites to the tune of 33% to 23%, blacks commit eight times as many crimes against whites as whites do against blacks. And lest De Blasio forget a very disturbing fact that blacks, along with Hispanics, commit most of all NYC's violent crimes...in fact 96% of all shooting victims and 97% of all shooting suspects in the city are black or Hispanic...translation: roughly 49 out of every 50 murders in NYC is committed by black or Hispanics.

Yet whites and the police are the problem in De Blasio's eyes even though his diverse city has both a diverse population and a diverse police department. In other words, De Blasio willingly plays right into Obama and crew's deliberate dividing of America into racial hot zones.

'Anyone who cares about the American value of justice should understand that this is a moment that change must happen," De Blasio bloviated on. But while he is wrong in who he blames, De Blasio is right about one thing...change must happen but NOT in the way he thinks. Saying that he had spoken with NYPD Commissioner William Bratton about retraining the entire police force is NOT what's needed...fixing the mindset of this small but vocal minority within the larger black community is. And that includes the mindset that they're 'owed' something because generations ago their ancestors were slaves.

And it also includes cutting off their free-ride...the freebies and handouts...they use to 'finance' what passes for a life...a life of their own choosing...a life that does NOT have to be for many blacks have made the conscious decision to get out of the inner cities...to get away from the thug mindset and culture that would have held them back from realizing their dreams...dreams that are shared by most of America. And it's these blacks, the majority of America's black population, that are as disgusted with the antics of the few as we are.

And these are the blacks that are also disgusted with and offended by the remarks of Mayor De Blascio for they see the truth behind his words...a truth that speaks of actually making blacks 'different' by treating them differently...of actually demeaning the black population by setting them apart so that they are NOT equal but are made separate from the rest of America heralding back to bygone days... words that are actually dividing America along racial lines instead of blurring those lines so that all Americans are just that...Americans...NOT white, black, yellow, or red Americans...but just Americans.

'It should be self-evident, (but) our history requires us to say 'black lives matter' De Blasio said but guess what...white lives matter too. And that is something all these people willfully forget...forget because for them racial hatred is big business to line their pockets with...and that dear readers is their true driving force and bottom line.

And that is the saddest thing of all.

Amnesty by Executive Order

In a few days Barack HUSSEIN Obama will deliberately tear our country apart as pay-back for the Election Day shellacking he and his party received.

Granting legal status to roughly 4.5 million what he refers to as 'undocumented immigrants'...who in reality are ILLEGAL criminals who need to be sent home as many of them are guilty of serious criminal acts beyond just their ILLEGALLY...will soon have their names added...along with tens of thousands of others just like them...to the Democratic voter rolls and help to keep Democrats in control of the government for years to come. And these people will NOT just be added to voter rolls but now will also be able to have their names added to the currently falling union membership rosters...helping to keep Obama's hand in the union pot so to speak...as well as guarantee their undying loyalty to the party by adding them to the welfare and other government subsidies rolls as well.

By Obama's granting what he calls 'legal status' to ILLEGAL-alien parents of U.S. born (citizen) children, as well as expanding his 2012 executive order known as the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA)...which granted deferred action (delaying or halting deportation) to illegals who met certain requirements and criteria and who came to the U.S. before the age of 16 and arrived before 2007...to now include those who arrived before 2010...translates into Obama willfully going against the wishes of two out of three American citizens.

Now essentially suspending deportation for almost a full half of the ILLEGALS currently residing in this country, the Republicans are mad as hell over what should be a collaboration between Congress and the president, but has now become Obama going it alone via 'his pen and his phone' instead of giving the newly elected Congress a modicum of a chance to try for a solution to the ILLEGAL problem...a solution that is as simple as enforce the laws already on the books.

In fact, RNC Chairman Reince Preibus has called on Republicans in the House to stop Obama's actions through the budget process. Remember, the Republicans still control the House even with this sitting Congress so they can defund in full the monies needed to implement Obama's plan thus rendering it null and void. And a growing number of House Republicans...led by Rep. Matt Salmon of Arizona...have already signed a letter to the Republican hierarchy that insists the party include language in the upcoming 'for vote' spending bill to prevent this most anti-American of all presidents from taking any and all unilateral action on immigration.

And this what amounts to amnesty...for amnesty is what Obama's executive order will truly convey...will take jobs away from already struggling American workers...and really does make a mockery of the Obama heralded jobs numbers that are anything but truthful, for the fact remains that one out of four American workers is currently unemployed. The 5.9 percent current unemployment figures touted by the Obama administration does NOT take into effect those who've stopped looking for work, along with those relegated down to part-time employees because their employers could NOT afford to cover them insurance wise thanks to the abomination that is ObamaCare.

And who will be hurt the most by Obama's circumnavigating Congress with this amnesty action...none other than his blind-following sheeple including low-skilled black American workers, especially young black men who are more likely to be part of the low-skilled labor force than are white men of the same age. Of note is the fact that black worker's wages have been the slowest to rebound from the recession, and when you add in that what few low-skilled jobs there are available will now be taken away from them by these newly Obama-made LEGAL ILLEGALS, black Americans are starting to see the truth behind the man who claims to be one of them.

Finally seeing that these people will be granted the work permits, photo IDs, and Social Security numbers needed to allow them to take said jobs and benefits away, black workers will now be forced to compete for those very jobs that these ILLEGALS would NEVER have been considered for before...so it's NO wonder that blacks have NOT taken all too kindly to Obama's recent round of stump speeches.

So I guess it's adieu to Obama's phony love fest for his black brethren as his upcoming action will prove once and for all that he does NOT care about them either...now if they were muslim that would be a different story...just saying.

And as far as the legalities of what Obama is planning on doing let it be known that executive ordered amnesty is indeed a violation of the Constitution for NOWHERE in our founding document...the document that is the law of our land...does it grant the president authority to issue an executive order whose sole purpose is to unilaterally overturn a law or laws currently on the books. In fact, Article II grants the president only the power to execute laws, NOT write or change laws simply because he cannot get Congress to march in lock-step with him. And since Article I vests all lawmaking power to the Congress, that means that Congress and Congress alone can grant amnesty per se. Remember, amnesty is NOT a pardon which presidents do have the authority to do and so love to do before leaving office.

So the bottom line is that if Barack HUSSEIN Obama does indeed follow through with this threat...and make NO mistake this executive order is both a threat and a vengeful act of payback...it would be just one more criminal and highly ILLEGAL act to add to the long and growing list of impeachable offenses that this sitting Congress is just too afraid of the race card to act upon...and that is the saddest thing of all.

Stopping Obama's Executive Orders

Whew...we did it and we did it BIG! The Republicans are back in control of the Senate and have the largest majority in the House since the Hoover era. In other words, Barack HUSSEIN Obama and his failed politics and policies have, for the most part, been rendered politically impotent.

But true to form, at Wednesday's press conference, Obama tried to blame everybody but himself for the Republican steamrolling his politics and policies got. Saying, "The election results are clear. I still have a mandate for my polices from the two-thirds of Americans who didn't vote," Obama just does NOT get that it's quite the opposite...those NOT voting were his very own sheeple, kool-aders, and party loyalists.

And with the Republican victory...a victory BIGGER than even the talking heads had predicted...America loudly told Obama that they totally reject him and his politics and policies. And with the Republicans now giving new meaning to the words 'lame duck,' this most miserable excuse of a president still, unfortunately, has the power of the veto along with his infamous 'pen and phone'...which gives him the ability to issue Executive Orders ad-nauseum. And we know Obama will issue a plethora of Executive Orders as 'payback'...as revenge... to hurt 'We the People' for daring to cross him by voting against him. And while Executive Orders are technically policy or procedure issued by the president that apply only to Executive Branch employees...they are now being used to direct certain 'tasks or actions' to Cabinet members along with some Executive Orders having the 'force of law' after being approved by the Senate and/or the House...and it's this approval that must be stopped.

But even with all this leeway of sorts, Obama is forgetting two important things... Congress knows that his Executive Orders come from a desire to bypass them and that just like Executive Orders can be made into law they also can be overturned... that is if this new Congress is serious about undoing the damage this man has done to our country. First thing they must understand is that any Executive Order that has any effect on individuals that are NOT government employees is a violation of Article I Section I of the Constitution, meaning Congress has a responsibility to both 'We the People' and the Constitution to veto any Executive Order that has any effect on any non-governmental employees.

And while Executive Orders, most of the time, are quite innocuous in their intent even though they might be used to create major policy changes, we must fear Obama's Executive Orders for they are maliciously and deliberately being used against the American people for nefarious purposes. Case in point...Obama plans before this year's end to grant amnesty to at least 11 million ILLEGALS currently residing in this country and doing so through Exec­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­utive Order even though two out of three Americans are opposed to this.

And while there is NO specific provision in the Constitution that permits amnesty per se, there is a "grant of executive power" given in Article II of the Constitution which allows Obama some degree of 'discretionary power' in issuing this order if he deems it to be both 'necessary and proper.'  In fact, Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution gives Obama broad pardon powers even to those breaking federal laws, however, this is negated by the fact that Obama has NOT enforced the immigration laws currently on the books. And with Article II Section 3 listing the duties of the president, the next from last clause clearly states that “the president must take care that laws are faithfully executed." So if Obama modifies in any way the current immigration laws on the books through Executive Order, or if he chooses to selectively enforce only certain provisions of said laws through Executive Order, he is then in direct violation of this clause thus making his Executive Order null and void.

And adding to Obama's possible chagrin is the fact that Executive Orders...even those orders issued by the man who thinks himself America's king...are subject to judicial review. And this means Obama's Executive Orders can be struck down and rendered null and void if the Supreme Court deems said orders to be unsupported by statute. And this is one critical reason why Obama wants to stack the highest court in our land with left-leaning liberal judges.

And with any Executive Order issued by Obama needing to find support either in the Constitution through a clause granting him a specific power, or by the delegation of said power by Congress to him...if said support cannot be found and Obama issues the order anyway, Congress itself can overturn the Executive Order by simply overturning parts of the order instead of going after the finalized order itself. For example, if the Executive Order is based on a statute, Congress can change that statute, thus nullifying the order. Or Congress can refuse to fund any activities that derive from all or part of said order. And the only way this would NOT apply is if Obama acts according to an exclusive power granted to him by the Constitution.

Simply, this means that any of Obama's Executive Orders can be overturned by either the Supreme Court through a specific case brought in front of them, or by Congress passing legislation that would conflict with the order by their refusing to approve or appropriate funding to enforce the order.

And while Obama could and would veto any such ruling from Congress, Congress can still override his veto with a two-thirds majority that would nullify any Executive Order he issued. And even with the huge Republican win this past Tuesday, such an action would still require a super majority vote...meaning some Democrats would have to crossover and vote with the Republicans. But please remember, this is NOT an impossibility as the Democrats coming up for re-election in 2016 might fear the mandate 'We the People' just sent to Obama and the left enough to realize that they would be next if they went against the wishes of the American people and sided with the now politically toxic Barack HUSSEIN Obama.

But there is another way Obama could grant amnesty to the 11 million ILLEGALS if he chose NOT to go the Executive Order route...he could issue a 'policy directive' but that too would give Congress the same authority to get rid of all or part of said directive the same way they could override an Executive Order...that is if they have the backbone to ignore the race card that would be thrown at them and do so.

So while Obama keeps bloviating that he thinks it's safe to say that he's shown a lot of patience in regards to the Republicans stonewalling immigration reform and to the criticism he's received over his issuing of numerous Executive Orders, I think I've shown a lot of patience by NOT saying until now that Barack HUSSEIN Obama is totally and completely full of_______well you guys fill in the blank with your own choice of the many descriptive words that I'm sure come to mind.

Vote As If Our Country's Survival Depended On It...Because It Does

With ELECTION DAY just a day away all I can say is VOTE! The time for whining, finding excuses, complaining, and apathy is over, because if we do NOT take back the Senate, 2016 will NOT amount to a hill of beans.

VOTE...pull that 'R' lever straight down the line and make sure your vote registers as 'Republican' as voter fraud has already started with machine so-called 'irregularities.' Remember the Congressional candidate in Illinois who recently cast a vote for himself and saw his VOTE go to his Democratic rival...just keep your eyes open and make sure your vote goes where you actually want it to go.

Vote...NO matter that many of your fellow Americans do NOT exercise their Constitutionally given right to vote except in a presidential election. And that has serious ramifications affecting us all as it leads to a government controlled by strict ideologues instead of government truly representative of 'We the People.' Just look what happened in 2012...need I say more.

VOTE...to show your dissatisfaction with Congress. With Congressional approval ratings at an all time low now is the perfect time to send those NOT doing the 'people's bidding' packing.
 
VOTE...NO matter if your primary candidate of choice did NOT win for the good of the nation must now more than ever far outweigh the wishes of the one. NO candidate is anyone's one hundred percent ideal...NO candidate is perfect so is it better to let someone who you agree with on NOTHING win over someone who you agree with on some things...I most definitely think NOT.

VOTE...it's the only way to render Barack HUSSEIN Obama politically impotent and stop 'his pen and his phone' from doing any more damage to our beloved America.

VOTE...to take back our judicial system and remove activist judges from the bench.

VOTE...your political conscious NOT your religious beliefs or where you stand on the 'social issues' because morality and religious convictions can NEVER nor must ever be legislated. Everyone's moral standards are different and everyone's interpretation of religious dogma is different, and that must translate into and remain what our Founders vision intended for this great land...that being the United States of America as a Constitutional Republic NOT a theocracy. Remember, God is NOT a politician nor is He a candidate, therefore God is NOT on the ballot. As for the 'social issues' they can be addressed at the state level, where they belong, after we retake the Senate and NO longer have Harry Reid blocking every bill or issue our side proposes from making it to the floor for discussion.

VOTE...as there is indeed power in numbers and if you don’t VOTE others will VOTE and you will NOT like the outcome...an outcome that includes Democrats keeping control of the Senate. And that translates into 34 million ILLEGALS being almost immediately granted amnesty through Obama's infamous 'pen and phone' as the Harry Reid controlled Senate sits back and smiles.

And if that doesn't scare you maybe this will...ISIS will continue moving forward right into our country as Obama will again lay out the welcome mat like he's done for the ILLEGALS...our economy will limp along until it runs out of gas and then sputters and falls into total collapse and bankruptcy...Iran will become a nuclear power and Israel will be wiped off the map...our Constitution will NOT be worth the paper it's written on as more and more activist federal judges will be appointed and confirmed by the Democratic Senate and the first thing to go will be the Second Amendment...stealth jihad will become in-our-faces jihad as sharia law will make further incursions into our judicial system...ObamaCare will further rob people blind of their money and their health as death panels become the norm...need I go on.

VOTE...to honor those who fought for and gave their lives for your right to VOTE. Always remember that throughout our nation's history there have been those who wanted to either take away our right to VOTE or to negate the VOTE cast and that includes members of the Obama administration. Voting allows us to stand up and stand strong to honor those who went before us...to honor those who died for the freedoms we enjoy today.

But remember above all else that the Declaration of Independence NEVER expired...it was written as and remains a perpetual living document...as is the law of our land...the Constitution. Remember too that our form of government exists only because those who came before overthrew the oppressive government the king had set in place...and we can do it again if...and I only say if...need be. And though we do NOT govern our nation based on the Declaration the Declaration...the Constitution does the governing...at least it did until Obama took office that is...the Declaration remains precedence. And while we truly want our country back via the ballot box, 'We the People' can NO longer allow the transgressions of the Obama administration to continue on for if it does the America we know and cherish...the America our Founders strove so hard to create...will cease to exist.

And know that when our Founders took to the streets in revolt, they knew that even the new government they were creating could become corrupted at some point in time...and the Obama government...or should I say regime...is exactly the type of government they wanted to protect us from. These brave and honorable men wrote the Constitution in such a way as to try and shield 'We the People' from government abuses and from overstepping its bounds. One case in point is the addition of the Second Amendment which gave us the 'right' to defend ourselves from oppressive rule, including protecting ourselves from the creation of laws and regulations that threaten the very integrity and foundation of the Constitution.

So tomorrow VOTE...VOTE because the bottom line is that if you do NOT VOTE...if you VOTE third party...if you VOTE solely based on the 'social issues'...if you do a write-in VOTE...if you do anything but pull that 'R' lever...you are indeed voting for Obama's politics and policies...and those politics and policies would have our Founders turning over in their graves. VOTE as if your life, your children's lives, and all or futures depended on it, because if truth be told America's very survival does depend on pulling that 'R' lever and turning the Senate RED...period.

Obama's Politics and Policies are Indeed on November's Ballot

Let's get something straight right upfront...Barack HUSSEIN Obama has NO love for America, Americans, our military or our veterans, Israel or any of our other true allies, nor does he hold any affinity whatsoever for Christians and Jews...period. Barack HUSSEIN Obama is indeed (I believe) a muslim and a supporter of all things islamic... of all things counter to the Judeo-Christian principals, morals, and values upon which this great nation was founded...and the fabric of our American society in his eyes would be better served by prayer rugs extending from one coast of America to the other.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama's presidency is a failure...a complete and total failure. The man who promised 'hope and change' instead has delivered NOTHING but 'distrust, stagnation, utter despair, and disgust.'

And his response to the anger building NOT just amongst Republicans and TEA Party members but even amongst some of his own party's loyal has shown that this man elected to the highest office in our land...or should I say this man who stole an election through voter fraud and intimidation, machine tampering, and the dead rising from their slumber to vote...has proven time and again that America's enemies are indeed his trusted friends and allies.

And while the name Barack HUSSEIN Obama might NOT be on the November ballot, know that his politics and policies...both domestic and foreign...sure the hell are.

On the domestic front, we all know Obama's so-touted economic recovery is anything but...that the jobs numbers released every week are in reality numbers that hide the all important truth that more Americans are dropping out of the work force then ever before or are being demoted to part-time employment.

And need I mention the word 'ObamaCare'...the anything but "if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor...if you like your insurance you can keep your insurance" plan, complete with its anything but cost effective continuing to rise premiums...complete with its 'death panels' that some of us have already, unfortunately, witnessed in action.

And lest we forget his plan to grant amnesty through his 'pen and his phone' to 34 million ILLEGALS so that they can compete for and take away jobs from mostly the poor and his own core black base. And we know this is being done solely to increase the Democratic voting block for generations to come as these people...these now 'LEGAL ILLEGALS' will gladly sell their souls and their votes to the Democratic party in exchange for even more freebies and handouts then they now already readily and greedily receive.    

Simply put...jobs for Americans be damned...jobs in exchange for votes will become both this administration's and any future Democratic administration's mantra as taking jobs away from LEGAL Americans will well fulfill their goal of having our economy limp along until it finally just gives out and crashes.

And what of Obama's anti-military agenda...his tying of our troops hands so they cannot fight to win...his defaming attacks on both those currently wearing our nation's uniform and on our vets...his cutting our fighting forces to record low numbers along with his cutting of America's defense budget to where he has actually put the homeland in danger. And let's NEVER forget the more than 3,500 American troops who died in Iraq ...along with those who came home anything but whole...and add in all the American treasure spent to help free a country from terrorist groups like ISIS who are now basically in control. 

And what of Obama's foreign policy agenda itself...it would be quite laughable if it wasn't actually more dangerous...extremely more dangerous...to America's national security and to the health, safety, and welfare of 'We the People' than that of any previous president's foreign policy agendas for this man's foreign policy agenda...or should I say lack of a true agenda...is one that has calculatingly and with malice succeeded in attacking our nation's sense of well-being. Now we are forced to constantly look over our shoulders because instead of attacking our enemies with strength and fortitude...instead of keeping our enemies 'over there'...this man has placated said enemies so that they are now 'over here' as well...welcomed to enter through our still unsecured southern border by a man who daily works to implode America from within...that is in between rounds of golf  I should say.

And what of America's enemies...especially the enemy called ISIS...an islamic...YES islamic...enemy that our civilized minds still cannot totally comprehend. And it took ISIS to finally get Obama's attention of sorts but only after they beheaded two innocents of our own...and only after 'We the People' showed outward revulsion, anger, and disgust. Finally addressing in his usual limited and superficial sort of way the savagery of those who are his brethren...this most miserable excuse of a president still continues to allow ISIS to relish in beheading Christians and other minorities as he, for the most part, remains silent or gives mere lip-service to all the atrocities they do.

And ISIS counts on this for Obama's silence is indeed deafening NOT just towards their brutality, but also towards Russia's aggression in Ukraine as well as towards China's military build-up and surging to the forefront economy. And that deafening silence can also be heard towards both Iran moving forward with its uranium enrichment program on their way to becoming a nuclear power as well as his silence in defending Israel against her enemies for Israel's enemies are our enemies as well. And right now his silence is loudly screaming as our Marine remains languishing in a Mexican jail while he and his minions in the media keep us focused on a virus called Ebola.

And now with the November mid-terms less than two weeks away it's important to remember these things above all else for these are the things...the issues...the true politics and policies...that affect us all. These are the things that are on the ballot...the economy...jobs...ObamaCare...our unsecured southern border...ILLEGALS...amnesty... our military...a foreign  policy agenda that favors America's enemies...islamic terrorists from 'over there' now showing up 'over here'...the slaughter and savagery done against Christians, Jews, and any who do NOT believe in their false god known as allah... savages by the name of ISIS, al-Qaeda, and Khorasan...biological stealth jihad possibly in the guise of Ebola...the list is endless and almost all encompassing.

Almost I say because the social issues that some so like to shove in our faces...and by some I mean those who claim they're on our side but who are anything but...are NOT now nor must they be on November's ballot. Remember when you vote on November 4th that God is NOT on the ballot...turning America into an Evangelical theocracy that is so wanted by some, and I only say some, is NOT on November's ballot...abortion is NOT on November's ballot nor is the 'so-called' gay agenda. Putting these things and other so-called social issues on November's ballot will NOT turn the Senate RED...will NOT start to turn America to the right...will NOT bring us back to the law of the Constitution as our Founders intended, but instead will divide us even more and help to keep the Senate BLUE. 

And a BLUE Senate will be the death knoll for America as our Constitutional Republic will most assuredly fall by the wayside to be replaced by the socialistic policies and islamic politics of the man known as Barack HUSSEIN Obama...the enemy within that some 'supposedly' on our side will have willingly allowed NOT to be stopped.

America's Kids are getting Sick and 'They' Know Exactly Why

NO idea why...I don't think so as 'they' know exactly why our kids are getting sick...as in its just another little bit of  'anything but happiness' from our borders NOT being secured...period.

And so it seems that soon after the deluge of pint-sized criminals crossed ILLEGALLY into our country because of those unsecured borders...and with them still coming but to a somewhat lesser degree...our kids started to get sick...very very sick. And it has been well documented that many of those pint-sized criminals were sick when they crossed with what 'they' tried to pass off as NOTHING but mere 'sniffles.' But isn't it more than a bit coincidental that 'suddenly' an extremely rare respiratory virus started hitting our kids...hitting them hard all across the country...hitting them in the very states where Barack HUSSEIN Obama dumped these thousands of pint-size criminals. And our kids are getting sick because they have NO immunities to something they have NEVER been exposed to before.

Now, I do NOT want to hear from those who say that kids get sick at the start of every school year because we all know that is indeed true but...and here is where it deviates from the norm...the common cold is what starts the school year off with a whimper and a sneeze...the school year does NOT start off with a virus so severe as to cause what's turning into an ever-expanding and in some cases life-threatening epidemic. The school year in this country does NOT start off with a virus so dangerous that kids are being hospitalized with a few even dying...and it surely does NOT start off with a virus so dangerous that it's being recommended that if your child has asthma or any other serious respiratory issues that they stay home so as NOT to be exposed...and please know that this is a virus rarely seen in this country.

And the so-called 'experts' claim they do NOT know where this virus came from or why all of a sudden it is showing up here now, but that is to put it bluntly a LIE for logic itself dictates exactly where it came from and exactly who brought it in. And logic also dictates exactly whose fault it is that this dangerous virus is here in the first place...as in can you say Barack HUSSEIN Obama and our unsecured 'everyone is welcome if you vote Democratic' borders.

And this little bit of nastiness has already sickened more than a thousand children in 11 states (as of this writing) and if CDC predictions are correct is more than likely to become a nationwide epidemic. And while experts suspect the outbreak is caused by a respiratory virus called human enterovirus 68 (EV-D68)...a virus related to the rhinovirus that causes the common cold. But this virus is anything but the common cold as the common cold does NOT send children to the hospital gasping for breath. And while enteroviruses are indeed very common...causing between 10 and 15 million illnesses in the U.S. each year...the fact is that this particular enterovirus is NOT common in this country but is very common in poverty stricken undeveloped countries...countries like those where these pint-sized criminals and oh so ILLEGAL older children came from.

EV-D68 was first detected in the U.S. in California in 1962, but less than 100 cases have been confirmed anywhere in this country in the 52 years since then, but isn't it odd that now there are thousands of children infected with their numbers growing daily. Again...do I really need to say more as to why all of a sudden this virus is here now...simply connect the dots and know that the picture isn't pretty.

Eleven states so far...Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Iowa, Colorado, Ohio, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Georgia, have all reported outbreaks of this particularly nasty virus and are asking the CDC for help. And again, all these states have schools where the ILLEGAL children have been enrolled and entered into the student population...and now all 50 states (got that Obama 50 NOT 57 states...57 is the number of islamic states but you know that) are on alert as hospitals across the country are seeing a spike in the number of pediatric patients being admitted to the emergency room.

And with doctors NOT all agreeing on how this particular virus is spread...and with children ranging in age from six weeks to 16 years being affected...it becomes quite clear that the virus is originating in the schools where the ILLEGAL children are enrolled...where the ILLEGAL children have been dumped...where the ILLEGAL children are the carriers who get our kids sick who then in turn bring the virus home to infect both their younger and older siblings...and the cycle of illness is complete.

And to show just how serious this epidemic is, Children's Hospital Colorado in Denver, reported that between August 18th and September 4th...in a bit more than two short weeks...doctors saw more than 900 pediatric patients with symptoms of EV-D68 in the emergency room. Of those who came in, 86 were admitted into the hospital with a handful ending up in the intensive care unit.

Starting with a simple runny nose this virus rapidly progresses into coughing, wheezing, and trouble breathing even for kids NEVER having a history of wheezing...even for kids NOT being asthmatic. And these kids suddenly are NOT only wheezing but gasping for every breath as they are rushed to the hospital with many ending up with a breathing tube down their throats...intubated and on a ventilator...because they simply cannot breath on their own.

And guess what...there's NO vaccine for EV-D68 and NO special antiviral medication to treat it...it has to run its course with palliative supportive treatment, and with fingers crossed to hope for the best.

And the bottom line is that EV-D68 has most assuredly been brought into this country by the very pint-sized criminals Obama has allowed to stay...NO matter what he or 'they' say.

So where do we go from here...what do we do to stop our children from getting sick...the usual things are being touted like our kids should wash their hands often with soap and water...like that will ever happen...that our kids should avoid touching their eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands...like that too will ever happen... and that our kids should avoid sharing or trading lunches in school...yeah right. But I have a better way to keep America's children safe from EV-D68 along with all the other assorted 'nasties' these pint-sized criminals are bringing into our country... round up all the ILLEGAL children Obama disbursed throughout our country (and he knows exactly where they all are) and send them back...deport them...to whence they came for our children's health...maybe even their lives...depends on it.

And then 'they' and Obama can sort it all out amongst themselves for deliberately putting America's children in danger is one red line 'they' and Obama best dare NOT cross.
